BONKbot is a Solana trading bot for Telegram that charges 1% per successful swap and focuses on fast, simple trading, now paired with the Telemetry web terminal. It scores 7.1/10 (fifth): easy to use with a clean record, but Solana only and no copy trading.
BONKbot at a glance
BONKbot was one of the first popular Solana Telegram bots. Its website calls it "the fastest way to buy, sell, and manage your Solana portfolio" and lists MEV protection, Jupiter-powered routing, limit orders with partial fills, a trailing stop loss, one-click "Auto-Strat" playbooks and real-time alerts.
The newer Telemetry terminal brings BONKbot to the web and desktop, with tracking of up to 800 wallets, token discovery, automated strategies, limit orders and DCA.
BONKbot's usage is now small. DefiLlama shows about $118,000 in 30-day fees for the Telegram bot (DefiLlama, checked September 25, 2026), far below Trojan or Axiom.
BONKbot fees
BONKbot's fee docs say: "At BONKbot we charge 1% fees on each successful swap transaction." Setup is free. Telemetry traders can earn "a percentage of your fees back as Rewards depending on your trading volume"; the Telemetry site advertises up to 1% cashback, but the tiers aren't published in a form we could verify.
CoinGecko reported in 2025 that 10% of BONKbot's fees are used to buy and burn BONK. We couldn't confirm that in the current docs.

BONKbot referral code
BONKbot's website advertises "lifetime fee kickbacks from signups via your QR code or reflink". CoinGecko's 2025 guide put referrer rewards at 30% of fees in month one, 20% in month two and 10% after. BONKbot does not publish a discount for the person being referred, so we list none. Is BONKbot safe?
We found no confirmed exploit of BONKbot itself. It did get pulled into one major story.
On March 29, 2024, about 302 Solana wallets were drained of roughly $523,000. Decrypt reported that 113 of the victims had used BONKbot, but BONKbot said "every user account being drained has previously exported their private keys", suggesting the keys leaked from another app they were imported into. A rival bot, Solareum, later shut down after a breach (Helius).
We treat this as a disputed incident (−0.5 in our method). The lesson is general: never import a bot's private key into an app you don't fully trust. Telemetry says it uses a non-custodial design with passkeys and TPM/HSM hardware security. More in are Solana trading bots safe?

Telegram bot or Telemetry?
BONKbot now gives you two ways to trade from the same brand:
- The Telegram bot is the fastest route on a phone. Paste a contract address, pick an amount, and it's done. It suits occasional traders and people who don't want charts.
- Telemetry is the web and desktop terminal. Per its site, it tracks up to 800 wallets for "confluence" (several tracked wallets buying the same token), scans new launches and pool graduations, and supports automated strategies, DCA and limit orders with stealth execution. Telemetry also offers tiered rewards and a three-level referral program, though the rates weren't visible when we checked.
If you want to research tokens and watch many wallets, Telemetry is the better surface. If you just want to buy and sell quickly, the Telegram bot is enough.
Getting started safely
- Open BONKbot only from the official link on bonkbot.io; fake bots with similar names exist.
- Turn on Telegram two-step verification before depositing.
- Fund the bot wallet with a small amount of SOL and make one test trade and one withdrawal.
- Turn on MEV protection and set a sensible default slippage.
- If you export your private key, store it offline and don't import it into other trading apps. That's where the 2024 drain victims ran into trouble, according to BONKbot.
Who should use BONKbot
Good fit: beginners who want a clear 1% fee, limit orders and a trailing stop without learning dozens of menus.
Look elsewhere if: you want copy trading (best copy trading bots), cashback (Trojan or Axiom), or other chains (GMGN, Maestro).
Verdict
BONKbot is a good first Telegram bot: clear 1% fee, limit orders, trailing stops and MEV protection, without menu overload. Traders who want copy trading or cashback will get more from Trojan.
Risk note: Memecoin trading is high risk. Telegram bots hold hot wallets that can be drained if your account or key leaks, and any bot can shut down. Only deposit what you can afford to lose.
