The best Photon alternative in 2026 is Axiom (9.1/10), a similar web terminal with much more usage, migration tools and a lower net fee. Trojan (7.0) is the pick if you rely on Photon's DCA orders, and GMGN (8.7) adds the copy trading, apps and Telegram bot that Photon lacks.
Risk notice: Crypto trading is high risk and memecoins can go to zero in minutes. Trading bots use hot wallets. This page is not financial advice; only trade what you can afford to lose.
This order is for people switching from Photon and may differ from our main ranking.
Why people leave Photon
Photon still works. Its fee docs list a plain 1% on buys and sells, and we found no confirmed breach (Photon review). The reasons to switch are elsewhere:
- Usage has collapsed. Photon Guides reports monthly fees peaked around $84.6 million in January 2025. DefiLlama shows about $483,000 over 30 days in September 2026 (DefiLlama, checked September 25, 2026).
- No discounts. No cashback, volume tiers or published referral discount.
- Missing tools. No copy trading, wallet tracker, Telegram bot or native app, per Photon Guides.
The ranking
1. Axiom: closest upgrade
Axiom feels familiar to Photon users: a web terminal with a live token feed and one-click buys. It adds migration buy and sell tools, wallet and X tracking, three MEV modes and Hyperliquid perps (Axiom docs). Its 1% base fee falls to 0.95%-0.75% net with volume cashback (Axiom fees), and referred users get 10% off (Axiom referral).
- You gain: far more usage, cashback, migration tools, perps
- You lose: Photon's DCA orders; Axiom's docs don't list DCA
- Head-to-head: Axiom vs Photon

2. Trojan: keeps DCA, lowers the fee
Trojan documents limit orders by price, market cap or time, DCA orders, copy trading, sniping and MEV protection (Trojan docs). It charges 1% with 20% cashback for every user, about 0.8% net, and you can trade from Telegram or the web terminal at trojan.com.
- You gain: lower net fee, copy trading, Telegram access
- You lose: Photon's separate BNB and Base sites; Trojan is Solana only
- Head-to-head: Trojan vs Photon

3. GMGN: copy trading, apps and Telegram
GMGN fills every gap Photon has: copy trading, wallet tracking, iOS and Android apps, and a Telegram bot, across Solana and several EVM chains. The fee is the same flat 1% (GMGN docs).
- You gain: copy trading, mobile, multichain in one account
- You lose: nothing on fees, but you gain nothing either; GMGN had two October 2025 incidents (both compensated)
- Head-to-head: GMGN vs Photon

Terminal, now owned by Pump.fun, is another web terminal with limit orders, DCA orders, a Trenches feed and an Alpha Tracker, on Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Base (Terminalpedia). Terminalpedia's August 19, 2026 update found no TWAP in the app's code, so we treat TWAP as unconfirmed. Its sign-in page advertised "Up to 35% cashback" on September 26, 2026 (Terminal), but it has no official fee page; the 1% fee is a third-party figure.
5. BONKbot (Telemetry): DCA plus a Telegram bot
BONKbot's web terminal Telemetry lists wallet tracking, token discovery, automated strategies, limit orders and DCA, and the BONKbot Telegram bot covers phone trading. The fee is 1% per successful swap (BONKbot docs).

Photon vs the alternatives

Axiom's ~0.86% is our calculation (0.95% entry tier less the 10% referral discount).
Which alternative fits which Photon user
- You mostly used Memescope and one-click buys: Axiom has the busiest token feed and a similar web layout.
- You relied on DCA or limit orders with SL/TP: Trojan (DCA and limit orders) or Terminal (DCA).
- You wanted to copy wallets, which Photon never offered: GMGN or Trojan. See best Solana copy trading bot.
- You traded from your phone through Phantom's browser: GMGN's apps or Trojan's Telegram bot are safer than importing keys. See best Solana trading app.
- You want the lowest fee: Trojan at about 0.8% net for a new user. See cheapest Solana trading bot.
How to switch safely
- Withdraw from Photon first. Send SOL and any tokens you want to keep to a wallet you control. Test with a small amount.
- Don't reuse your Photon key everywhere. Photon Guides notes mobile users often import the key into Phantom's browser; each import is another place it can leak. A fresh wallet on the new terminal is cleaner.
- Open the new terminal from its official URL, not a search ad. Clone sites exist for most terminals.
- Recreate your settings. Priority fee, slippage and MEV protection defaults differ between terminals. See priority fees and slippage.
- Start small and make one test trade and one withdrawal.

How we picked
We looked for the features Photon users rely on (web terminal, limit orders, DCA or TWAP, MEV protection) and the ones Photon lacks (cashback, copy trading, mobile), then ordered alternatives by closeness of fit, fees, security record and our overall score. We did not trade with these terminals; facts come from the linked sources, checked September 26, 2026 unless dated otherwise. Method: about page. See also best Solana memecoin terminal.
